Choosing a Product/Service as an upsell, downsell or cross-sell is basically up to you.

What Tornado does is allow you to set two (2) One Time Offers as a part of your sales funnel. These One Time Offers can be anything you want; an upsell, downsell or cross-sell.

We give you the flexibility to mix and match your sales funnels any way that you choose.

These are Commissions from your Referrals that have not been approved, yet.

99% of the time this will mean your Referral is in the middle of their Trial or Guarantee period, post purchase.

Different Products/Servcies have different Trial and Guarantee periods; therefore we can't really determine when a Commission will be approved. However, our accounting system is pretty much 100% automated so when the Trial or Guarantee period has ended, (and your Referral is still active), those Unpaid Commissions will be pushed into approval.

IPN (Instant Payment Notification)
PayPal™ will programatically talk to your web server and tell it the details of certain transactions that come through your PayPal™ account. The URL you use must be able to programatically communicate with PayPal™.

It is not absolutely necessary to specify an URL; as PayPal™ will keep a general ledger of every transaction in your account history.

Tornado's current IPN functionality is limited to internal processing only. However in Version 1.2 (to be released late August '09) we will be introducing The Notifier; which will allow for some pretty nifty stuff through IPN.
